Roy Howells M Phil, FCIPD, FITOLROY HOWELLS
Roy founded the Centre for Sustainable Leadership in 2007 following a successful career in the Civil Service and as an independent consultant. He has over 30 years experience as a training and development professional, firstly with the Ministry of Defence and then the Cabinet Office/Civil Service College, leading significant leadership development and culture change programmes. Roy left the Civil Service in 2005 to set up his own consultancy with a mixture of public and private sector clients.

His career in the learning and development field has seen him train leaders and managers across the world, as well as the UK.

Roy holds a Master of Philosophy Degree and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Developmentand, as well as the Institute of Training and Organisational Learning. He is a Member of the Chartered Management Institute.

Christine GrattonCHRISTINE GRATTON
Christine has designed and delivered management skills training programmes for organisations in the public and private sectors. She is driven by a strong desire to help individuals succeed through maximising their capabilities.

She has worked with clients ranging from small privately owned enterprises to major multi-national organisations covering activities such as group facilitation, one to one coaching and structured training.

Christine has extensive experience of working across differing national and cultural environments and has specifically operated in a number of east european countries.

She holds a diploma in Holistic Therapy and strongly believes using an holistic approach delivers sustainable solutions to her client's requirements.

Charlotte RevelyCHARLOTTE REVELY
Charlotte has wide ranging public sector experience, having worked in a variety of roles from human resources, learning and development, project management and efficiency reviews within the Cabinet Office, Ministry of Defence and, latterly, the National School of Government. She recently completed a MSc Degree in Responsibility and Business Practice, with Bath University. She is currently developing a range of programmes and interventions on 21st Century Government in which she is exploring the role of the public sector in taking forward the sustainable development agenda.

Charlotte has designed and delivered bespoke development interventions for a range of public sector clients including the Met. Office, Isle of Man Government, Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Department for Rural Affairs. She has also worked internationally on projects in the Ukraine, West Indies, France and the Staes of Jersey.

Charlotte is an approved assessor/verifier with the Chartered Management Institute and also an accredited user of a range of psychometric instruments which include the Myers Briggs Type Indicator [MBTI], Margerison McCann Team Management Profile and Strength Deployment Inventory. She is an active and passionate campaigner on social justice and environmental issues.
